Hi,

Sorry for the "might-be-a-noob" question, but I'm facing a dead end.

I'm trying to use the flash tool (version 0.9.18.5) to flash my stock Xperia Z1 (kitkat) to Lollipop using an updated rom that I acquired from the flashtool. I go through all the steps fine and I connect the device to my laptop in flashmode, which is detected by the flashtool. But then, when I select to flash the device, it end up with the below log: (I already enabled unknown sources and USB debugging)
