[Q] Unable to flash Lollipop OTA topic

Hey there, I am on stock KitKat.4.4.4 as of now and yesterday, I received the system update notification. So I downloaded the update. The download was damn slow and it took around 2 hours for me (mine is a 2mbps connection)

So the problem is whenever I try flashing it, the installation fails. Is it because I flashed the soak test Lollipop in my phone or is it because I'm rooted?

Also that ota zip file gets deleted whenever the installation fails :(
I've already downloaded it 2 times.
