Hi, is there a way to raise systemwide open files limit on Lollipop (5.0.2)?

When I run ulimit -n it gives me 1024 files limit. I can of course use ulimit -n 4096 to raise it, but it is per user. I need to set it somehow systemwide on boot...

I can not run custom kernel...
