Hi guys,

I am from Europe and lost my Smartphone on a holiday in the US. So I went to bestbuy and bought a Moto G 2nd unlocked. I told the lady I am from Europe and need it to work in Europe. Nevertheless now back at home i found out she sold me the US version instead of the Global one and i get no 3g connection here in Austria. (yeah they had both versions at stock for the same price, but now its to late)

So is there any possibility i can get my XT1064 (US version) to XT1068 (Global) by flashing ROMs or anything else? Or are the phones different in terms of hardware and I have now a nearly useless phone here in Austria while being without wifi coverage?
