[Q] Touch screen works well after cleand cache. topic

Hi,
I have a simple question, my HTC ONE M8 has a problem with touchscreen, under of the middle exactly on first row of keyboard.
a little row of touch screen doesn`t work, BUT after clear cache it`s back to work.

The question is:
IF WE CLEAR CACHE AND THE TOUCH SCREEN WORKS WELL THE ISSU IS ON SOFTWARE, RIGHT?
IF THE ISSUE IS ON SOFTWARE HOW CAN WE FIX IT? CONSIDER WE CAN CHANGE THE SOFTWARE.
What relative between touch screen and cache?:confused::confused:
