[Q] Touch Screen not interpreting held touches properly topic

System: Android 4.2.2
Phone: Samsung Duos 2 GT-S7582L (Albeit I used a prerooted version of GT-S7582 to flash root my phone so now my system identifies as just GT-S7582)
Posting here because I couldn't find a relevant thread nor could I find a way to post in the main forum.
When using my phone, I am unable to do things that require holding contact for an extended period due to how the phone interprets sequential touches. When I click on the lower side of the screen (home button side) it assigns that touch as being contact #1 but if I proceed to click on the upper side relative to it (Samsung logo side) it assigns the new contact as #1 and switches the old to #2. Does not happen the other way around. My problem is when it does that games either lose the other contact (not often) or treat it as letting go and clicking again (standard reaction) and this makes it such that I'm unable to play properly. I just rooted my phone 3 days ago and haven't noticed any change. Does anyone know a way to change this behavior? Root solutions are welcome.
