[Q] Tmobile XT1103 on Cricket? topic
Howdy folks!
Got lucky and picked up a XT1103 64gb for 0 on eBay. I didn't know this was a Tmob device until I received it and saw the Tmob on the Nexus box. I won't be using this device on Tmobile as I am with a small GSM carrier in Wyoming, and just ordered a 20gb deal on Cricket to try out.
The device was messed up a bit when I received it. Looks like a poor job was done when flashing it, no Nav buttons displayed on screen, and only 32gb showed up instead of 64gb. I went to Google and got the stock software for 5.1 and flashed it. Everything is working now just fine. However my carrier does not currently support 4G LTE like Cricket. Is this Tmob device locked down to certain LTE bands that I won't be able to access AT&T's LTE bands when my Cricket SIM card comes?
Once I flashed the stock Google software, not carrier specific software have I made this device just like a Google Store device? Any other issues that you could think could arise since this device originally was a Tmob device?
