[Q] tablet restarting from boot animation topic

I have a an unknown tablet based on android 4.2.2 and Intel z2520 CPU. Yesterday I installed an unsuitable version of contacts.apk in my tablet via adb shell and now the tablet is restarting from the boot animation. Is there any way to fix this?
