[Q] stucked in boot screen topic

SOCIALIZE IT ⇨

i got an unlocked 32GB firephone, today i turn it off so i would recharge faster and when i tried to turn it on i wont pass the fire screen. i live in colombia so calling amazon is worthless because they do not support their phone in colombia, has anyone had the same problem? does anyone has an idea on how to fix it? if is of any help i've got google services installed in it so i can use the google playstore.
