Its Not Dead Pixel Issue

i Dont Know what To call It as...

but It visible on all colors except black looks more clear on Brighter colors such as white...
i dint drop or do anything...

Help ME!!
what it Call as???
Why It occurs??
will To go Or stay Forever???
What can i do now??? :rolleyes:
