I'm not a developer, so please explain me in simple and English language only. Mu Sony Ericsson live with Walkman wt19i get restarts in booting animation screen only. It doesn't even go to main lock screen. I tried using safe mode but no success. My phone is not rooted. And I can't go to recovery mode like in Samsung phones. Please help me. I would be also like to know how to do flash and update to Kitkat or lollipop. Currently I am having ICS 4.0.4 in my phone.
