[Q] Some apps dont work while using mobile data topic

Hello, I've searched for a solution, but without proper solution.
Chrome won't load webpages while on mobile data, same thing is for Facebook, YouTube, Play store, tumblr, whatsapp, and online games are not working.
Also, default browser isn't working either.
Only thing properly working is instagram.
In messenger I can only see and send messages, if I try to load/upload photo it will try to load it, but without success.
All of these apps work fine, and perfect while connected to a Wifi.

Im using lenovo a850, stock rom, rooted, with android 4.2.2
If you need more information, just say what you want to know, I'll provide you with information needed
