[Q] Send fake light sensor data to OS? topic
I have the S6 Edge and I was wondering if there's anyway to send fake light sensor data to the OS. Seeing as the "max" brightness is 272nits, but with autobrightness it can go up to 610nits, I'm sure it's understandable why I'd like this.
If that's not possible, is there any way to modify what's in /sys/class/backlight/panel/? The "Max_brightness" file reads 255, but the actual says 153.
