[Q] Screen waking up topic

SOCIALIZE IT ⇨


My screen isnt waking up when i press unlock/home button
when i turning on my s3 i9305 its working normally, but when i block it i cant unblock :/ :rolleyes:

i hear voices, buttons are highlighted, but screen is black
i tried to change ROM, before it was at a stock rom, i tried to install stock again but same problem
after that i installed cm 12 and still the same problem :confused:

how can i fix it? :/

and i will say again, the screen is working perfectly when im turning on phone :mad:
