I did a little searching but couldn't find an answer.
I need a custom app for my studies (which include 19 subjects!) and timetable and to take notes and organise them in a particular manner. Let's say I have very specific needs from the app.

I just want to know if it is okay to request someone to develop an app here if I'm ready to pay for it? If it is okay, I will give more details.

I know advertising, selling and making money is not allowed here but I'm just asking! Point me in the right direction if its againstcthr rules here.
