[Q] Oneplus one getting too much hot topic

during charging my oneplus one goes to 70c, and during playing game it is about near to 65c , and most dangerous part when I am in twrp recovery making backup and flashing it reaches to 85c oh GOD:crying:

it is normal? using custom ROM eurphoria1.1 based on 5.1

any suggestion?why this getting too much hot?
