[Q] Need Emergency Tech Support topic

So I have a Uk Wi-Fi Nexus 9 from John Lewis (A UK retailer with very long warranties) running Cm12 nighleys.

This morning I was watching a youtube video and locked the device. When I unlocked I found that it was stuck in a loop where it would reboot every few seconds, even when booting into bootloader.

The device is well within warranty, but I need to either ideally fix it, or failing that get it into a state where I can claim it under warrenty and they won't care.
