[Q] Moto X XT1060 Dev Edition - Flash Firmware + bootloader topic

Hi!
I have a Moto X XT1060 Dev Edition (verizon)
I've read another thread where someone wanted to flash a firm of a XT1058 into a XT1060....I would like to know if its possible....and how to do it?
My country uses GSM networks...so I would like to flash the AT&T firm or something like that.....

On the other hand....i'm having issues to unlock the bootloader...it says "your device does not qualify for bootloader unlocking"...is it normal? Im trying to contact motorola just to see if they can help me...they told me they are going to contact me within 72hs...lets see..
