[Q] Moto G Os Lost topic

I have formated internal storage by mistake after dat I read all forums and installed a stock rom with twrp sideload. Cell works properly. But the issue is when I restart or power on my cell is it takes me to boot loader then I have to select normal power up to start.
Second issue is after doing adb sideload when I flash my ROM with fastboot commands it sticks at warning message bootloader unlocked. I want to make my cell in normal state help me out. Kindly try to solve dis both issue. Thanks.
