[Q] moto e bootloader staus code 1 topic

After my moto e gone to service center for the third time,i cannot install any application that changes the system files normally , i have to go to recovery and install it.
Eg.

1) I cannot even change my moto e's bootanimation.When i replace the stock bootanimation.zip in system/media/ with custom bootanimation.zip with help of file explorer's(ES file explorer,Root browser) the phone just freezes and restarts.Bootanimation does not changeI also used Rom Toolmanager by Jrummy apps to change the bootanimation.I downloaded some bootanimations via the Rom ToolManager and installed it,restarted my phone but the bootanimation does not change.

2) Cannot install busybox.Its keeps on saying errors.Then i installed busybox on rails for HTC devices. via recovery.Then only its installed.

I done all this in my moto e before giving it to the service centre.But cant do this now.
Please Help me on this issue.
