[Q] MITO IMPACT 10 Stuck on boot Logo topic

SOCIALIZE IT ⇨

yesterday I want to add 2nd sim card on my Mito Impact 10 Android one (Indonesian Version), but when I turn it on, it's stuck on big red "MITO" boot logo. Then I try to wipe all data-->nothing, still stuck on boot logo, then I try to flashing using this--> http://d-h.st/yiOd with Philz recovery and unlock bootloader before applying this. But still no progress.
any advice??
