[Q] mi3 rebooting randomly topic

im using mi3 since amonth and it was fine and suddenly it started rebooting randomly and becoming dead so i tried installing some custom roms and the same is happening even with the developer rom
after flashing it works good for a day or two and same happens
visited service centre 4 times and they did nothing other than flashing... is it a hardware or software problem and is tehre any fix?
