[Q] lollipop update and user accounts topic

Updated my HTC One M8 AT&T a few days ago to lollipop. One on the new features in lollipop is supposed to be user accounts and guest accounts.

I have been unable to find where to use this feature on my phone and both HTC and AT&T have not been able to help either (AT&T said to contact HTC, and HTC said to give them a week and to contact them back to see if they get more reports and a possible solution). Is this just something with me or is it something that was left out of the update?
