[Q] Issues ordering from HTC.com topic

I tried ordering a gunmetal grey developer edition HTC One M9 yesterday directly from HTC, but I had some issues. I chose to use the PayPal credit option to pay but after I filled in the details to apply for the credit, I got an error (I don't remember what the error said). I didn't get an email from HTC confirming my order, but I did receive an email from PayPal saying that I was extended the credit to purchase the phone. I called Digital River which is the company that does HTC's orders and they don't have any record of my order. I also logged onto PayPal and it doesn't have the transaction listed. Lastly, I called PayPal and they told me that I did receive the credit, but the transaction is pending. Hopefully, PayPal will send the money to HTC and I'll get an order confirmation, but as of now, I don't have anything. Has anyone experienced anything like this?
