yesterday morning i've found my N7100 (in charge during the night) freezed with the starting logo "Samsung Galaxy Note II GT-N7100"
I never rooted my phone. I updated android version only with OTA
I tried to restart it but nothing happened... so I restarted it in recovery mode and I saw that wasn't possible to mount any partition
efs, system, cache, data
So I tried with :
- wipe cache partition => no result, cache partition is not mounted
- wipe data/factory reset => no result, maybe factory data are in a unmounted partition
- Downloaded the original firmware from sammobile: N7100XXUFNE1 and tried to install it using Odin3 => Failed
- Downloaded a philz_touch_6.48.4-n7100.tar.md5 and tried to install it with Odin3 (3.10.0) => Failed (after tried with the original firmware I tried with a custom one...)
- Copied philz_touch_6.48.4-n7100.zip in my microSd card (in the root folder) and gone to "apply update from external storage" => external storage shows only ../
This is the Odin3 log (the same for original firmware and cwm):
