[Q] If I flash a custom ROM, will I lose the features exclusive to my phone? topic

I have a Galaxy Note II (NON- rooted, running Stock Android KitKat) and wanted to root and install a custom ROM like CyanogeMod 12.
But by installing this rom , will I lose the features that I have exclusively on my OS, such as:
The functionality of the stylus?
Those motion features ( like swipe to screencap, etc)?
S Memo, S pen??
Any response is appreciated :)

P.S: As you can clearly tell, I am a total Noob when it comes to Android with minimal knowledge on any of this.
