[Q] i9195 + auto backup + install zip topic

Hi everyone, I'm looking for a way to automatically create a nandroid backup and right after the backup is finished to install a zip file (Cynogenmod update) I've tried many app but that's always backing up in my internal storage where there is no enough free space.
So i wish there is a way to send my phone to recovery, create a nandroid backup (on sd card) and right after flashing a zip.

I'm on TWRP recovery, but i can switch on CWM, or Philz if necessary
