[Q] how to flash rom help? topic

Hello All,
Can someone direct me to a basic "how to flash ROMs on EVO LTE" procedure?

I just rooted my EVO LTE using [TOOL] WinDroid Universal Android Toolkit and I tried to flash CM10 and ended up in a boot loop. The last phone I rooted was an HTC 4G EVO and would flash ROMs all day long. I tried to do the same thing on my LTE and failed. I don't know how to flash ROMs on my LTE.

I read the pinned introductions but none included how to flash ROM, only how to root and I already have that.

This is what I have:
