[Q] How to delete a sound or notification from the setting/sound? topic

Added a couple of my own sounds and notification in the sound settings area.....

Thing is I want to remove one I put there my mistake and can not find where to delete with a file manage explorer etc...
It's rooted running on 4.2.2...~

Any ideas where the sounds are please? Only been able to find a hand out tune lol.

And not the whole sound/notication/alarm section. Must be somewhere....
