[Q] How to decode WhatsApp crypt8-files whit Cygwin, it show me an error topic

Hi, sorry for my bad english, i try my best.
I want to decode my crypt8-file whit Cygwin and i got this error-message: gzip: msgstore.gz: not in gzip format (see image).
Please help.
