[Q] How do I enable usb debugging with a broken touchscre screen? (Alcatel Idol Mini) topic

Unfortunately only part of my touch screen works and my phone is locked. Given my password, I'm unable to unlock it. I've looked online and the Alcatel Idol Mini doesn't support OTG. Any advice besides for opening the phone up and controlling it with a separate digitalizer? I'm hoping I could somehow enable it with a rom or something without losing any data. Thanks
