If you take a htc desire 820f single card version,
and you want to root it,
I think you all got same problem like me,
that is, every forum mention about d820 twrp recovery
are all for d820 duel card version,
and all didn't work on 820f.
I research for a long time, finding a right twrp recovery,
or stock ruu ( because I didn't backup before flash wrong recovery.
and I can't find anything about it.
