i got this error when i try to update my z3
the phone came from a Network company TelstraOne
My Startup logo is not sony but ( TelstraOne) Logo

Build number: 23.0.A.2.108
Android Version : 4.4.4
Model : D6653
Root Status : NO

Any Possible to update my z3 or i need to install Official firmware and rom.
Any steps?
