[Q] [HELP] logsprovider loop error , need to recover my data . HELP please topic

Hello everyone , I have a galaxy note 2 running 4.4.2 and rooted , today it was working perfectly fine then suddenly it just showed me that logsprovider stopped working and when i click okay it continues to happen over and over ! i restarted my phone and whatsoever and no luck , i keep getting this problem and also Google play store has stopped working then the phone just freezes ! I plug the phone to pc and i get nothing . i can't access to my internal storage as i have many important photos in it that i need to get back .. can i do this through recovery mode or anything ? help me please im very desperate ..
