I am following the "[How-To] Update to G900V_OC4 - 5.0 and KeepRoot (3/30/2015)" by
@muniz_ri
and cannot for the life of me figure out how to get the hotspot to work. It keeps asking verizon for permission and saying I don't have the tether plan. From what I gather there is nothing else to do after you do the steps... correct???

8. Eat cake
9. Drink energy drink
10. Wait
11. Enjoy
