[Q] Galaxy S3 won't turn on. topic

Guys, help me. I restarted my phone and it froze the screen like a grey fuzzy TV screen with a constant blue LED light.
I then pulled the battery and put it back in and tried to turn my phone on. My phone didn't turn on.
It isn't giving my any feedback. Nothing comes on the screen. Tried volume+power+home and all the other combinations of keys.
I've tried charging it and trying again, it doesn't work. Nothing is working.
It hasn't been dropped or waterlogged. It was working perfectly fine before I restarted.
Any suggestions? I rely on my phone for important work calls so I need to get it working ASAP. Any help would be deeply appreciated.:crying::confused:
