[Q] Galaxy Note II problem topic

Ok, so I have a Galaxy Note II that has never been modded in anyway as far as software goes. Tonight I took the battery out and put it back in to reset it like I typically do every once in a while but when I started it back up I got a screen in the photo I uploaded... It will not let me do a hard reset and the charger port does not work correctly.
