Is there any easy way to find the model number of a Nexus 6?

I am an ex-pat living in Europe and bought what I thought was an XT1103 (US Version) off eBay but I'm back in the States and having trouble on T-Mobile - won't connect to LTE and bounces between HSPA+ and 3G which is very annoying.

Have already replaced the SIM card and checked the APN.
