[Q] d852 to try and use Qi ? topic
So, I've got a Rogers LG G3 (d852) ... and I've bought a Qi case for it that says it's for the d850 (which the mid frame back has d850 written in various spots). The sticker's contact points line up, but when I put it on a Qi charging pad it doesn't work. Testing out the NFC and it doesn't work either.
Hopefully it's a bum case... But I also purchased a d850 back plate that has NFC and Qi receivers, so I'm hoping those will work.
Doing some research it says the d852 is PMA ... but if I replace the receiver on the back, should it not work with Qi?
Help? What are the differences between the d852 and the d850 (from what I can tell it was which bands the cell operated on and nothing about battery contact points etc...)
