[Q] Cyanogen mod for Samsung Galaxy Mini(GT S5570) topic

Hi all.
I flashed cyanogen mod 10.1 to my galaxy mini GT S5570 basically to upgrade my android from Gingerbread 2.3.6 to Jellybean 4.2.2.My main aim was to install Nokia Here maps on this device which only supports android 4.1 and up.
But to my surprise and disappointment I could nt find the Nokia here app in the Google store.I tried to install Nokia here.apk separately and that gave me an error message "There is an error.please try again"
I am just wondering even after installing android cyanogen mod 4.2.2 jellybean above gingerbread (2.3.6)does the Google store identify your phone as having gingerbread.
