[Q] Can't flash stock image. topic

Hello guys!
I downloaded the factory image for my device.
I'm currently running PA 5 Alpha 2 and Hellscore, using TWRP, rooted and unlocked of course.
I'm trying to flash the factory image with no success, I got "boot.img file not found" error.
I just edited the flash-all.bat file and deleted the -w because I want to keep my data.
Any ideas? What am I doing worng?
