After doing the external SD card full acces fix, I keep on getting this error:

Could not connect camera. Your camera could be in use by another app. Reboot your phone if this happens frequently.

I've tried to stop all other apps, but the error keeps popping up, I can't use my camera at all...

Any solutions??
