I'm kind of stuck and could use your help. It's much appreciated. I have an unlocked C6833 I've been using as a "mini tablet" (no SIM card/in the US). I received notification yesterday that there was an up date so I downloaded it. I thought everything was going fine until I checked this morning and nothing---

Computer can't access phone when connected
I can't access anything on the phone
