[Q] Bricked bootloader?! Please help topic
Hi all,
I wanted to flash Oxygen OS to my OPO, but I did something really stupid..
On CM11S, I already had TWRP recovery installed and rooted my device.
I wanted Oxygen OS to be installed "cleanly".
The thing is... I tried to reset all the data by locking and unlocking the bootloader. (Unlocking bootloader resets all data)
But, when I type "fastboot oem unlock" and I hit enter, the device will boot in TWRP recovery and has not been unlocked!
So I can't get my bootloader unlocked anymore.
I should have flashed cm11s before I did this "(un)locking trick".
When I try to install CM11S using fastboot, it won't install, because at every step it's saying that the bootloader needs to be unlocked in order to install..
I think the bootloader needs the stock recovery to be able to unlock itself.
But again, I have no idea how to fix this.
Can you help me?
Thanks in advance!
