I found a previous post that somebody is posting out and saying that they had the same problem for india devices.
I did an update from system ota and i got stucked in the bootloop, but it could proceed until Optimizing apps screen.
When the optimizing reach 2xx of 302 then it will reboot, after many tries of rebooting my phone, it is still stuck at the same place.
What should i do? I just went back from Hong Kong and all the photos are inside. I want to recover them.

Issues : Update from offical OTA lollipop

Tried:
-Wipe cache
-Reflash the same stock rom by using odin without wiping the data (from sammobile)
-Flashed back to the previous version of android (4.4.4)
-External SD card updating
-Did tried to apply adb update or pull the contents of the phone by selecting "apply update from adb", but i receive error from the adb.exe everytime i want to pull.
