[Q] Bootloader Unlocking failed topic

Bootloader Unlocking failed
I have my New htc one m8
So ive started to Unlocking the bootloader, rooting and gaining s-off
I have copied the Token with Token start to Token End
But htcdev says failed wrongh length and Invalid...
I have copied the Token with strg (ctrl) + C :/

HTC m8 is running lollipop .... I bought the Phone with lollipop.....
Hboot is 3.19.....
All stats are Stock in bootloader

Can anyone help me
