[Q] Back to Stock Warrente Help w/ Complication topic

I'm trying get a replacement for my device while keeping myself covered against unexpected charges. I'm S-off on 5.0.1. The complication is i have a "loose" charging port. I believe this is why i had trouble with the original RUU (not sd method). This means all back to stock methods would be perferred with an SD card way, and i'm not sure which files i have to use. Also how far will i need to go? No root obviously. S-ON, no red boot up text?

Will be catching a movie here but will be back later if anyone has the time to help me.
