Hi, I have the AT&T Galaxy S5 (G900A) and I am currently stuck on 4.4.2. I used to be rooted, but completely restored phone with Odin. I am currently on the NCE firmware. There is a 162.4 mb OTA update, but whenever I install it it gets to 25% then reboots with an error saying "Install interrupted. The software update could not be installed."

My goal is to get to Lollipop, hopefully without losing my data. Any ideas?
