[Q] 23.1.A.0.726: Notification Quick Settings not customized on lockscreen topic

SOCIALIZE IT ⇨

As the title says the Quick Settings on notification tray are not the same on lockscreen and everywhere else on the phone when I customize them. Is it possible change them?
