Problem with touchscreen topic

Hello, two days ago i bought factory new Sony z3 and i have problem with touchscreen. Sorry for my english, but ill try to explain as best as i can what is going on.
1 out of 10 tap on screen does nothing. For example im reading this forum and im sliding my thumb on touchscreen to put page higher and suddenly i can ride all over the screen and nothing happen till i remove the finger and put it back again. It happens everywhere on everypage or even facebook. I have made Service Test with Touchscreen but havent found any issue. Hope you know the reason. Best Regards
